Went to Mike Hedlesky's today to squat with the SSB. Shoulder is severely limited and this bar atleast allows me to squat semi pain free. Did 315 off a parallel box for 5 sets of 2 reps. Did last set with 365 for 2 and the bar speed did not slow one bit.
Followed this up with SSB goodmornings to parallel with 255x3x6.
Shoulder is still severely impinged and I have no range of motion. Pain scale is a 10!
Did some external rotation exercises with bands stretched and am heading home to ICE.
Will try Squatting again on Sunday at Mikes. Will try some very light pulling also for rehab.
