Shoulder is still locked, very immobile and the the pain is sometimes debilitating, BUT- you somehow how to keep moving. Trying to work around this injury has been difficult.
Attempted the Zercher Squat today(will post video), thinking the bar in my arms would somehow be OK on my shoulder- wrong!! Did 315 and had to shut it down. Tired of saying it but the strength is there but the pain is tremendous and overrides everything.
Tried to do some front squats etc but had to get home to some ice and physical therapy. ICE-Foam rolling- ibuprofen etc. Hopefully this tues...........
