4-8-12: Workout at Mike's garage. Shoulder is still very impinged. LImited mobility and pain are making movements very difficult. Thank God someone invented the SSB bar. It's basically the only thing i can do right now.
Worked up to 385 lb for a double. Believe I had 400 or more for 2. When shoulder is better I would really like to go for a single rep max on this. Followed this up with SSB goodmorning for 265x3x8.
If my shoulder was feeling better, I feel like i would be at my all time strongest! Next up Rehab day Tues.
