First powerlifting meet was the 2003 Beast of the East at the OC convention center OCMD. Personal Trainer at Gold's Gym in OCMD.  Strength Coach at the " State Champion" Indian River High School in Dagsboro DE.

Currently competing in the Southern Powerlifting Federation(SPF) and have the Masters 45-49 push/pull record and am ranked top 5 in the Open push pull division in the 242 class.
